Because You Are Worth It – a management essentials workshop for aspiring, budding and flourishing managers who are keen to develop and refine their management skills.

What we’ll cover:

  • The difference between leadership and management – we’ll explore the difference between leading and managing: the importance of flexing your style; how and when to utilise these skills in developing teamwork
  • Manager in action – time management, managing meetings, delegating and listening
  • Giving and receiving feedback; managing performance and developing high performing teams
  • Being the leader you want to be – understanding what motivates you and how to motivate your team
