Hayley Monks MCICM Grad
Founder of Think, Inspire & Create Hayley is an inspirational leader, highly-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude. Having worked in senior executive roles in corporate management, she is an experienced operational and transformational expert. She understands what good looks like and uses her experience and capabilities to lead a team of hand-picked and highly skilled consultants, to work with businesses across the UK, helping them to optimise their organisation.
Hayley is a lively, entertaining and inspirational speaker who enthuses her audience and challenges them to reflect on both what and how, they do what they do, every day. She is passionate about developing people and is actively coaching and mentoring young talent.
She also runs to keep both mentally and physically fit, but is partial to a bit of cake.
Head of Keeping Us Organised
Lisa, is an ultra organised and energetic individual who won’t stop at anything short of perfect!
As the Administration Manager, Lisa enjoys keeping the office in order and thrives on new challenges. With many years of experience in administrative roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to ensure things run smoothly.
Lisa loves walking the dogs, baking in the kitchen and the odd cycle route or two (but only if it’s not raining!)
Pip is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for people and team development. She has led large teams through programmes of change and continuous improvement, using her strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to create real follower-ship.
Having been successful in several different roles within the Aviation Industry, Pip has an energetic and proactive approach with a proven ability to lead projects under pressure and has demonstrated effective crisis management skills as a Deputy Leader for their Crisis Management Team. When not at work, she loves cooking, good food and wine and to keep it all in check likes to keep fit by swimming and running.
Rachel Brushfield is ‘The Talent Liberator’ and is focused, energising and thorough in her approach. She has over 30 years business experience and trained as a coach over 22 years ago.
Rachel is a published author in talent management and professional development and writes articles for the award-winning Future of Work Hub. Her specialisms are the legal profession, female talent development and engaging events. Her consultancy expertise is in modern workforce planning including portfolio careers, insightful staff research to inform decision making, talent management and employer branding.
Rachel’s career heritage is in marketing in the food industry and brand strategy and communications for design, communication and innovation consultancies. In her spare time, she keeps fit (ish!) by digging the allotment, gastronomy, writing poems and making hand made cards.
Juliet Summers is passionate about supporting and inspiring people to thrive in their careers and unleashing the talent in businesses to drive success. She is a talent management expert with over 20 years experience in the retail and utility industries. She has delivered all aspects of HR at different levels with regional management teams, senior leadership teams and on national programmes and projects. She has driven talent strategy, practices and led teams alongside coaching, mentoring and supporting the development and progression of many individuals over the years.
Qualified and experienced with a can do attitude and collaborative approach. Insightful, supportive and focussed, she gets a buzz from helping people get unstuck, get on and seeing them succeed. She’s equally passionate about the business benefits of effective talent management and managing talent risks and challenges in a changing world.
When not talking talent, she’s a working parent with two sons and a love of all things outdoors. To balance this, she enjoys pilates, meditation and reading several books at once. Having added running after successfully completing the couch to 5K challenge, she’s partial to a post run coffee stop!
Lee is a Senior Energy Leader with extensive experience in electricity operations and management consultancy, recognised as a technical expert in back office industry flows, processes and their influence on customer journeys. With 5 years’ experience in strategic optimisation, underpinned by over 14 years downstream Settlements and back office activities including Industry exceptions, 3rd Party performance management and delivery of industry change.
An analytical and proactive professional with a proven track record in turning around underperforming operations, assimilating complex technical & Industry information and disseminating clearly across a variety of stakeholders to drive the right business and
customer benefits and outcomes.
Richard has recently joined the team and brings with him over 30 years of experience working in customer, commercial, credit and operational roles across Banking and Energy. For the last 20 in senior roles, Richard’s successes as a thought and transformation leader have ranged from establishing new teams, leading underperforming teams to success as well as taking well-performing teams to excellence. Team sizes have ranged from a handful to hundreds of folks and he can always be relied upon to provide a ‘business model’, to turn complex thinking into simple understanding and delivery.
Underpinning all this, Richard has a passion for mentoring and coaching existing colleagues as well as new graduate talent to grow, develop and aspire, to meet their career and personal goals, for him, “the best part of the job”.
Outside the office Richard enjoys rugby (watching now, not playing), reading military history and the obligatory walking the dog… Preferably via somewhere selling real ale.
