Hayley Monks MCICM Grad

Managing Director

Founder of Think, Inspire & Create Hayley is an inspirational leader, highly-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude. Having worked in senior executive roles in corporate management, she is an experienced operational and transformational expert. She understands what good looks like and uses her experience and capabilities to lead a team of hand-picked and highly skilled consultants, to work with businesses across the UK, helping them to optimise their organisation.

Hayley is a lively, entertaining and inspirational speaker who enthuses her audience and challenges them to reflect on both what and how, they do what they do, every day. She is passionate about developing people and is actively coaching and mentoring young talent.

She also runs to keep both mentally and physically fit, but is partial to a bit of cake.

Jenny Barlow

Service Delivery Manager

Jenny has recently joined the team and specialises in technology. 

She has worked with both a range of systems in Utilities, GIS, Education and Logistics. Her background in teaching enables her to effectively communicate technical issues in an accessible manner. She thrives on helping teams get to grips with their systems to ensure they are getting the most out of them or supporting with the release of new functionality/systems.

Ben Lorton

Service Delivery & Training Manager

Ben specialises in facilitating interactive workshops and training sessions.

He has nearly 20 years’ experience working in Customer Service operations within Utilities, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG and Automotive both with in-house and outsourced operations. Ben enjoys creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere in his sessions which allows learning and change to happen naturally.

He spends his free time with his family, running, playing video games and watching sports on tv, especially football.

Pip Brown

Associate Consultant

Pip is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for people and team development. She has led large teams through programmes of change and continuous improvement, using her strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to create real follower-ship.

Having been successful in several different roles within the Aviation Industry, Pip has an energetic and proactive approach with a proven ability to lead projects under pressure and has demonstrated effective crisis management skills as a Deputy Leader for their Crisis Management Team. When not at work, she loves cooking, good food and wine and to keep it all in check likes to keep fit by swimming and running.

Lisa Pittaway

Head of Keeping Us Organised

Lisa, is an ultra organised and energetic individual who won’t stop at anything short of perfect!

As the Administration Manager, Lisa enjoys keeping the office in order and thrives on new challenges. With many years of experience in administrative roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to ensure things run smoothly.

Lisa loves walking the dogs, baking in the kitchen and the odd cycle route or two (but only if it’s not raining!)

Ali Horner

FCIPD Associate Consultant

Ali is an enthusiastic and experienced learning and development professional with over 20 years experience working in a number of blue chip organisations both in the UK and Global markets. With a broad portfolio of experience in value adding learning and development initiatives that drive true behaviour change and with a passion for talent management. Ali is equally comfortable and confident in engaging and driving change at both senior management and at grass roots level.

In her spare time, Ali loves entertaining and is an amateur interior designer who is partial to a glass of wine!

Richard Jones

Non-Exec Director

Richard has recently joined the team and brings with him over 30 years of experience working in customer, commercial, credit and operational roles across Banking and Energy. For the last 20 in senior roles, Richard’s successes as a thought and transformation leader have ranged from establishing new teams, leading underperforming teams to success as well as taking well-performing teams to excellence. Team sizes have ranged from a handful to hundreds of folks and he can always be relied upon to provide a ‘business model’, to turn complex thinking into simple understanding and delivery.

Underpinning all this, Richard has a passion for mentoring and coaching existing colleagues as well as new graduate talent to grow, develop and aspire, to meet their career and personal goals, for him, “the best part of the job”.

Outside the office Richard enjoys rugby (watching now, not playing), reading military history and the obligatory walking the dog… Preferably via somewhere selling real ale.
